So sometimes you have to work harder for these great deals! I placed an on-line order from Kroger on Tuesday for 2 $50 GCs showing an offer of 20% off +4X fuel points...the e-cards showed up within the hour but later when I checked my fuel points total I had only been given 2X the fuel points instead of 4X. So first I sent email then I called the number on my order after 25 minutes on hold a guy who was very difficult to even understand said he couldnt help me and gave me another number to call. I waited about 10 minutes on hold with that number than after explaining my problem again I was asked for my customer card number then my phone number and finally they told they give me the extra points. This was my 2nd time ordering thru Kroger didn’t have any problems the first time but I won’t be ordering thru them again. when you order GCs online from Harris Teeter or Kroeger you are actually ordering via BLACKHAWK and your order is not charged as a grocery order. I’ve been using one of my credit cards that is offering 5% off on groceries so I need to actually purchase GCs in the store In order to get both the 4X fuel points as well as credit card bonus.

I got this offer too - I wasn’t sure if Kohls sells third party GCs (and specifically Disney)? Assuming they do, I’m 99% sure the Chase offer will work. I’ve never had a Chase offer not work on GCs.

Just so new peeps understand, Chase offers work when buying in-store, online can be different due to 3rd party vendors like Blackhawk Network, Cashstar etc..

I assume since this uses Blackhawk Network my 10% Cashback up to $11.00 from Office Depot on my Chase cards won't work right?

Would be nice if I could buy the cards online, not sure if this deal also works in store.

You are correct, the Chase offer will not work online.

First, sorry for your troubles and thank you for posting. Who did you call Blackhawk Network or Kroger? Kroger is recommended.

Everything you posted has happened before, that's why Kroger Online & Harris Teeter Online are listed as: Blackhawk Network. They are a 3rd party vendor and do not code as Grocery. The only CC I'm unsure of is US Bank Cash+ , they have 5% category for "online shopping", I don't know if this will qualify.

I called the number that was given at the bottom of my confirmation email and I’m thinking that must have for Blackhawk Network who then gave me number for Kroger....so I guess my advice to anyone else would be to just call Kroger and not bother using the contact info given on your order confirmation. i plan to purchase future GCs directly from store when I want to take advantage of credit card offers In addition to fuel point offers.

Same here. There were 3 different GC racks - pretty good selection but no Disney. Lots of fast food and chain restaurants, Delta, SW, Apple, Home Depot, Lowes, Xbox and some other gaming ones, Uber, Instacart, AirBNB, to name a handful.

I also settled for Amazon now that Harris Teeter is apparently excluding them from their 4x fuel points deal!

It is a DGC and I got it through BJs. I’ve been ordering DGC through them for 5 years and have never had this happen. But, it’s clear on the activation receipt that only 1 of the $100 GC was activated.
