I have 431 Boardwalk Villa points for rent at $19 per point for 7 and 11 month rentals.
Long time DisBoard member but I've been offline for several years. Most of my rentals for the past few years have been all repeat renters.
DVC member for over 30 years
Rented out points 50+ with no issues
Contract will be required for all rentals - using standard DIS Board example
References from long term renters available - some have rented from me 6 to 7 times.
50% deposit when confirmation and contract put in your hand. 50% final payment 60 days before check-in, no reservations where check in is less that 60 days
Personal checks only. No PayPal, etc.
Boardwalk still has good availability for Christmas this year
