4/27. I got my email, signed up, chatted and asked for points. They said they should be loaded tomorrow, would it be worth my time to call?
I just got my email. It only included the Activation code but not a club ID. Did you get a separate email with that?

Any word on yours? We are still waiting!
Nope, nada. I am thinking this is going to take the fully alloted time in our documents, which was stated as 120 days from the effective date. That takes us into July. It would be nice to know if/when the sellers were able to get an appt scheduled with the embassy. The title company doesn't offer much information when asked for an update. I am probably going to reach out to the broker and see if she can make contact with the partner they work with.

Looks like things have slowed down considerably at MA in the last week. A few days ago, I went back through the thread and of all of the contracts submitted to DVC after closing between April 7 and April 18, not a single one took more than 13 days for the membership to be activated (new member/UY), or the contract appearing in the member's dashboard (existing member). It was only a small sampling (17 contracts), but it was consistent: 15 came back in 13 days, one came back in 10, and one came back in 11.

With @kayaddict having had theirs submitted on 4/27, and only receiving their first email yesterday, that is now up to 19 days and we haven't seen anyone else posting that they have reached that milestone, so we're now pushing 3 weeks.

I’m sorry if I’m posting this on the wrong thread.

I’m very confused and need the help of the friendly and knowledgeable members here.

I currently have:
1.Direct at BWV, April UY, co-owner is my dad; and
2. Direct at VGF, April UY, co-owner is my husband.

I am in the closing process (haven’t posted details here because it’s in early stages) for
Resale, BLT, Feb UY, my name only.

For 1 and 2, they are different membership numbers but viewable on the same dashboard using one log-on credential (one email and password).

When BLT resale points get added, will I need additional log-on credentials such as an addditional and new email, username and password?
Thanks.

From my understanding, you will be able to use your same login. Similar to the other two contracts, it will be another membership number that is visible on the same dashboard.

Yup. 3 weeks today and still nothing. 🫤
I contacted the title company just to confirm when they sent to Disney and was told 4/25 and that they weren’t notified of any issues by Disney.

I reached out again related to Cammie leaving and determining point of contact. Sellers have not responded to multiple emails from Mason. Fidelity reaching out to determine status. I said the same thing…..it would make me feel better if they could share the appt date. Well now I don’t even know if they are moving forward.

I haven't posted my times here, but have been watching. closed 4/26 with deed registered on 4/27 and still waiting here too! Add-on at BWV, so agree with everyone, this is definitely the hardest part of the wait!

I think the smart money is on their focus being shifted to setting up the mass of new VDH memberships. I can easily see them pushing the resale paperwork aside to get VDH contracts set up, especially since booking opened up today.

We received our activation code as well, but not a second email with our club id. Did you ever receive your club id?

Well, resale is the second class citizen of DVC, so it does make business sense. I am sure if I bought direct, that the turn around time would have been just like my other direct contracts, just a couple days or so for the whole process. I will happily wait the many extra days to save the cash.

Watching this thread makes me even more upset. We passed ROFR on 4/18, still haven’t received closing documents, emailed them, got a response back saying nope I haven’t missed the documents and that they are anticipating having the docs closer to the 30 business day mark after ROFR passing. That’s crazy slow. This is from magic vacation title.
Same! Seeing how quickly so many others get their closing docs from other companies is super frustrating! We passed ROFR and Disney issued the Estoppel certificate both on 4/25 and no closing docs yet. This is my 3rd resale purchase and it seems to take longer with each one.
