Or was the last Chase bonus a multi part and the last part hasn't cleared 24 months? I think you can go back 24 months in your Bonvoy account and verify nothing looks like a welcome bonus in the activity.

Hmm. Did the Boundless SUB come with an extra spending bonus? Like this? If it did, the last bonus date is calculated from the last 10x transaction.

It looks like @wanderlust7 is right. I got the free nights in October but the 10x spend doesn't stop until mid January

I filed a case today with AmEx for the missing points and FNC from my personal HH card. Today was 12 wks from meeting the MSR. The CSR said the case could take 7-10 days, but for "more complex" cases it could be another 8-12 weeks. She wouldn't say if my case was complex (it seems straightforward). I have her agent ID number, which apparently is the case reference number.

No - at 60 nights you get everything. It is the only milestone where you get all the awards.

You're right. I was reading the chart on my little iPhone and I didn't see the color change on the chart. I feel much better now.

DH had to do this a few years ago over the Air France 20k offer. In my experience, if something doesn't track it takes forever to wait for it to time out, and then they make you wait for someone to do something to manually fix it. It took a few phone calls, but he wasn't going to let this one go since he followed all the rules and the offer should have tracked. I'm sorry this happened to you.

So as we went to book our free nights in PDC tonight and we discovered the BF didn't get his. Has anyone had this happen? He got the card in July. They are showing his account offer was 70k and "a free gift", they are saying he didn't meet the spend. He spent over $1500, the offer was spend $1k. The thing is, he is the guy who pays off before the statement closes. So his only "posted balance" statement was for $715. They are trying to say he didn't meet the spend because of this.

Now I get to spend 92k for our 3rd night. Suggestions? They are going to investigate this, but obv it does us no good. I made sure, he does have any returns or any other purchases (like giftcards).

It shouldn't matter what his statement closed at. The statements will also show all of his charges and payments. I would make sure everything added up correctly.

Okay I haven't been following your case. So you met the spend and didn't get the 70k or the FNC? I wish we saw earlier he didn't get his FNC. I just had to use 76K for our 3rd night. UGH! His account is showing his offer was 70k and a "free gift". They couldn't confirm if that was a free night.

He didn't. He as 50k+ in his account. I think some is from his account, and some is from recent stays (some of the Delta hotel stays credits them points, yay!). I'll have him look at his statements again but when we added it with a calculator we hit the spend.

I rarely fly but I thought it would be pretty easy to "change flight" but when I went to do that I get this message:

This was a Wanna Get Away fare so are those not changeable online? I have never tried before.

This happens to me when one of my minor kids is attached to my reservation. Don’t know if that’s your situation, but it’s annoying.

That's true when you have a companion pass associated but, since you fly infrequently, I'm assuming that's not your issue...

Yes. For the HH personal card offer through DoC (spend $1k get 80k points + FNC). AmEx made me wait 12 weeks after I met the MSR before I could file a case with them. Now I have to wait. They have been able to confirm the offer each time I have called, so they should be able to see his as well. Dd also got the card and the FNC and points were in her account within a few days of me meeting the MSR -- this is so frustrating as I want to use the FNCs together for Italy next year (I'm going in the fall so will have to ask HH to extend dd's).

So I need alternatives. Any ideas for Marriott 50k nights? I'm not really into Europe. I mean it's great but the flights are so long it essentiallly eats up more than a day of vacation each way. Will probably need to use it in June or July when DS is off school.

Use the SW app and chat them to make the change. Should be pretty painless that way.

So I need alternatives. Any ideas for Marriott 50k nights? I'm not really into Europe. I mean it's great but the flights are so long it essentiallly eats up more than a day of vacation each way. Will probably need to use it in June or July when DS is off school.

Peru. I've put my travel peeps on notice that the next time the (5) 50k deal is offered, we'll aim for Peru 2025. Really good Marriott hotel options in Cusco and the Sacred Valley, as you make your way to Machu Picchu. 2-3 people per room is the standard I've seen there, vs Europe where it seems it's often only 2. Haven't been, but that's the plan. June and July are good months because it's the dry season and their winter, so if you're not in the Amazon, it's the perfect temps for being active, without being too warm.

AFs are going to post in January, so I don't have a ton of time for this deal to be problematic.

Really good Marriott hotel options in Cusco and the Sacred Valley, as you make your way to Machu Picchu. 2-3 people per room is the standard I've seen there, vs Europe where it seems it's often only 2. Haven't been, but that's the plan. June and July are good months because it's the dry season and their winter, so if you're not in the Amazon, it's the perfect temps for being active, without being too warm.

I did look at Peru but flights seem difficult with multiple connections or long layovers. Have you found good flights?

Took about a week. Definitely not longer than that. I did receive the email immediately after my purchase, and it was broken down on my statement as 4 individual ticket purchases after the charges officially posted.

I have found good rates in September with FNCs at the Swan, but they are high this spring also so we are trying Marriott Sabal Palms (time share villas on the Orlando World Center Marriott grounds) with the 3 FNCs I got from my new Marriott visa. Car rental rates are high also, so we will probably use Uber and Lyft to get around.
