disney springs restaurants

We will be going to Disney next year and always enjoy Disney Springs but find ourselves going to the same restaurants. Are there any underrated or new restaurants that we should try?

I tried booking Morimoto Asia for 2 people on Nov 7th on OpenTable and it says it's already entirely full? Is this possible/normal? Grabbed wine bar george instead, which had full availability, but it seems really unlikely to me that Morimoto would already be totally full.

Does anyone know which counter service restaurants at Disney Springs will let you either mobile order and carry out or call ahead and carry out? Only D-Luxe seems to have mobile order through Disney. Staying at Saratoga and hoping to hit up Disney Springs for meals to bring back to the room.
