Hey all! First time poster. I got into here via the podcast about six months ago. Currently in August of 2008 going through all the podcasts.
So quite a few times they podcast team has talked about the Disney way and how Disney sells their training methods out to other companies. Is there any books or could anyone point me to where I could find more info on the “old” way ofhow Disneyhandles customer service? I feel like there’s something to this that I could apply to my job as an engine builder who does a lot of at track support and a lot of customer interaction.
