Well we have a free day at Disney -
a Tuesday morning and part of the afternoon.
We have to ba back at Disney by 3:30 pm.
We have Spirit of Aloha ressies.

Thought maybe we'd do SeaWorld.
We have a $5 corp coupon for each ticket.
So about $200 to get into SeaWorld.

My kids are boy age 11 and girl age 8.
The do not like fast, roller coaster rides.

Which SeaWorld shows are the best to see
in 6 hours ?

Thanks - we leave in 2 days !

When the park opens at 9am, head to the left side. First is the Dolphin show, usually starts around 10am. You'll see the two main rides, JTA (Journey to Atlantis) and Kraken just past the stadium. Who knows, maybe the kids might want to go on them. If so, do it now while the lines are short.
Here's the map from the park web site.

Dolphin Show
Clyde and Seamore Pirate show (be there 20 minutes early to see the mime)
Shark Exhibit.
Clydesdales and free beer samples at hospitality center.
Eat lunch early at 11:30am because at noon, the lines are insane.
The deli at the hospitality center is popular.
Shamu show.
Cirque De Lamar (Usually happens around 2pm, you must see this show, be there 20 minutes early to catch the funny pre show)

Walk thru Polar Bear exhibit. Do not ride the simulator.

If you have time, continue around park and visit the Key West Resort area where the kids can feed the dolphins. You can also do this when you first arrive, but the kids will want to stay there forever. Bring lots of cash if you wanna feed the dolphins. It's $4 for a cup of 4 fish. If you're running short on time, they can touch the stingrays in the tank, which are always swimming by.

Must dos, IMHO in order
Shamu show, Clyde and Seamore show, feed dolphins, Manatees, Wild Arctic, (at that age) feed stingrays, Dolphin show, (again for that age probably Pets ahoy show) , Cirque de la mer.

The rest depends on their favourite animals Pacific Point preserve is a great exibit as is the penguins and boys with younger sisters always enjoy tryingto frighten their sisters in the shark exibit  .

I think that'll take more than your 6 hours to get it all in, so pick and choose your kids favourite animals.
