I know quite a few of these but what I find really interesting is that everyone has their own ideas about what would be easily recognized. Some of them I have never heard before, although may have seen the movie it was in. Some are universally known (at least I think they are LOL).

Agree. I'm an Ernest Hemmingway fan, and i get a few eye rolls when talking about my love of his works!
