I sure hope this is the case as I do not want to spend part of my vacation "camping" in a parking lot, and would be a bit upset if I could not get in to a reserved anything if the park hit capacity, I am sure there will be fluff in the allowed heads they let in to adjust for the reserved people as with them they know the number of people on the reservation. My only concern is IF there will be a HUGE, larger then mass of people all trying to get in, how will they distinguish between the hopefuls ( no reservations) and reserved people (with reservations), separate line, different entrance???....
I imagine that hypothetically before the land hits capacity anyone can go in - after capacity you’d likely have to show your reservation confirmation and if you don’t have one then you’re not getting into the land.
