:wave2:

Really must post more often. I miss too much when I don't. Of course this wasn't my fault. Sometime yesterday, our phone line died. Apparently somewhere in the main box coming in from outside. So this morning Phil went to church and then Home Depot and got parts. Now one of the phones works and I can get on line.

Wouldn't mind if they change some of the ports. Would still like Aquapolko ( spelling has never been one of my better subjects). Looking for silver gifts for friends and relatives. Other than that doesn't matter. Never been any of those places. Except CC and wouldn't be a Disney trip with out that. Did you all see the picture on the main board of the shark in the snorkling area? :scared1:

And of course we are still working on the kitchen floor. All day yesterday and probably all today.
Talk to you later. Estelle

Nothing to worry about. He's probably just looking for something to eat!:earseek: :earseek: :earseek:

Tracy--

Thanks to you for all of your hard work! And everyone else that indexed too!

Tracy,

Thank You!! You are the best!!! It's so easy now to find whatever info you want!!! That was quite an undertaking!

Andy,

Thanks for sharing Grumbo's message! Sounds like he's having a ball. (That Lucky Duck!!) Was the meet-up with Sarah a planned thing? Hope they took some pictures to share with all of us!!

Yes, with Sarah and her family living just 45 minutes from DL, they had planned to meet up at DL during Grumbo's trip.

OMG...Denver had a high of 59 degrees. Boy, you guys better not have any snow while I am out there!! I guess we better pack a warm jacket!! Also I hope that all of the stuff about the missing women is over (hopefully, they will find her alive but I have my doubts) for when we get to Salt Lake City. We leave in 2 weeks! Mary Jo

Mary Jo,

I just sent you an email to your work email. I'll PM it to you too.

You won't need much more than a sweatshirt or fleece jacket. It is windy and chilly above the treeline even in July. You can buy them here with cool mountain stuff on them ;) We're headed back into the 80s next week. No worries!

Decided just to say "Hello" & not try to catch up. My daughter (who lives in Long Beach, CA.) is getting married :bride: next year in PARIS (the casino that is) on July 16th, 2005. Next year is REALLY going to be a fun-filled year.

Can't wait for the meet on Saturday - Joyce & I will be there. I am trying to talk her into wearing her "Bringing the Magic Home" t-shirt but she is pretty shy.

It sounds like everyone is having a fun summer but the fun has just begun...

Hope you all had a good weekend. I worked but it was really a nice weekend. Hope you have a great week. Toodles:wave2:  JEANNE

About a week ago I drifted over to the Trip Report part of the Disboards. A guy named Hiddenhearth had a short post asking if anyone wanted "Time is Not Fair" Part 17. It hit me that about 2 years ago he wrote a 16 part trip report that was Great. It was one of the first things I read when I joined the boards. His part on the Surial Bath is hilarious!

If someone wants a good laugh, here is a link to that part.

Have you guys heard?? Puerto Quetzal has been dropped from the repo itinerary ... now we'll have an overnight stop in Acapulco!!! :hyper:

That info is on the regular cruise thread. It is supposedly directly from DCL. I'm still undecided as to whether it's a good change or a bad change.

I'm not so sure I'd like that either. I'd think I'd rather be on my way to another port...

Bob,

I just read Hiddenhearths trip report. That is some funny stuff!! He is an excellent story teller. No chance of me ever booking the Surial Therapy. I'd have the same dumb luck!!

Thanks for adding the link. You gave me my smile for the day!!:)

If true I think it stinks. There are way too many sea days to keep a ship full of children happy as well as adults getting a little stir crazy.

Not me, I can think of nothing better than sea days. Anyone booking a PC cruise on any cruise line has to expect a lot of days at sea. Especially a repositioning cruise. Having some port stops is nice, it does allow for the ships to be restocked, refueled, etc. But there are some repo cruises that zip along, stopping only when necessary and only for the time it takes to get whatever business done, done. If I had a lot of money for this cruise I would have booked a verandah cabin and stayed there practically 24/7. But since I am on a budget, you will find me on deck, in a chair or at the pool a lot of the time, just enjoying the sea. If they cancelled all the activities, I would still be happy!

But DCL will no doubt have plenty for everyone to do. At this far out, I doubt they have made any real decisions.

If the itinerary change is true, they haven't updated the info on DCL's website yet.

I don't mind more days at sea, but don't really like the idea of being at one port overnight. Ok, so this is one benefit of west over east that I can see.
