Well everything packed, checked and KNOW that when we get halfway to the airport or on the plane I'll remember what I forgot but IF we really need it I'll buy it there

Please try and keep Jazz under control. You have NO idea how high maintenance he really is behind the scenes

See you in about 2 1/2 weeks. Got my Canadian Tire money, Canadian change to use at toll booths so life is good

First you get to stay in D-Lux accomodations right on the water.

Next, Grumbo will personally take you on a shopping spree to some of his favorite haunts, can you say Costco??

SANDY: I am hoping my daughter will have a bigger place by next year since that "efficiency" barely fits HER! If she gets a bigger place, we'll squeeze you & Ted (maybe Heidi) in too!

I am only hoping that Joyce alias Disney Dudette #3 & I don't have a problem getting off two weeks in the summer together. Joyce just told me her niece is getting married the Sunday after we come home . Boy is she going to be busy!!!!

Have a great trip Grumbo!! Don't worry about forgetting something. There are Costco's sprinkled all over the route you are taking. And no need to have a map to find them...we wives can sniff them out, no problem!!!

Pack lots of film and take some notes so you can share your exposition with all of us when you get back!!

We will keep Jazz under control in your absence. And no one here will talk about you while your gone. We are not like that!!

Have a blast in Las Vegas. The Elton John concert is amazing!!!! Don't loose too much in the casinos!! Have fun!!! Be careful and be sure you wear clean underwear!!!

Grumbo just sent me a photo of the truck he rented from JGE Car Rental Agency to drive from Las Vegas to California.

For those of you who are wondering, Yes they do take Canadian Tire money.

Well, it doesn't look too different from some of the U-Hauls of seen on the road.

Notice the poor visibility from the drivers seat though? I think that could be a wee bit of a problem.

Being a TV guy I was noticing the crummy TV antenna on top of this mobile house. I think a GPS guided satellite dish would work much better!
