Belle in holiday dress

When is Belle in her red holiday/ Christmas dress? I am seeing online that it is during the Festival of the Holidays at Epcot. But I don’t know how updates that information is. We are going first full week of December. Will Belle be in her holiday dress or her blue village dress at the character meeting in France?

Me too. But i am proud to say that i found a great Christmas dress for my wife for this season.
It will be a huge surprise for her and i am very excited about it.
Hope that she will like it.

When I met her at MVMCP in 2018, she was in her village dress meeting guests.
