Just got off a RCCL cruise in San Juan. Mobs of people trying to find luggage, long lines at Immigration/customs--General slow chaos. I grab one of the porters and he zoomed me through the process. He followed us around while we found our bags, and then took us to a line that only porters were using. The porter chit-chatted with the agent for a few seconds, then we got the usual questions and off we went. He took us straight to the taxi attendant who filled out the form and off to the airport we went. From ship to taxi in only 20 minutes! My wife said I should have given the guy twenty dollars.
