Help!! I have a 25 mile bike ride Saturday nite at 1:30 A.M. and goes until Sunday 6:00 A.M. !!! Sounds like lots of fun, but I am concerned about loss of energy!! I am packing some Atkins bars, but what kind of meal should I eat for the best energy, stamina, etc. to get me through the night? I don't want to drive up my sugars, unless I am sure they are the right foods that will burn properly! Also, when do you think would be the best time to eat this "wonder meal"?
