Booking and borrowing

I’m going to be booking for next April.
We have a June UY

I will have 60 points left in my 24 UY

I will need to borrow from 25 UY.

If for some reason we need to cancel, would those points go back into 25 UY or would they go into 24 UY and need to be used prior to May 31?

Instead of canceling can we modify and push the dates back (which would cross over UY)?

Borrowed points "stay" in the UseYear you borrow them into. Borrowed and Banked points are a one way deal, no putting them back. If you are only short a very few points, consider buying One Time Use Points (although those cannot be used in the 11 month priority window).
