Booking room only

Which site is best to book a room only, the UO website or the Loews website? I want to be able to add an APH rate in the future.

It is the aph link, but it gives you all the rates if the aph is not available. It is from the Universal website. I have it bookmarked. I'm waiting for October AP rates and check it every day ( a few times, lol) and it gives me all the rates.
