Can non guests visit the hotel properties?

We are AP holders and typically my wife and I leave the kids around noon and visit one of the resorts. We like to sit out by the pool at The Royal Pacific or Hard Rock and order a few drinks, have dinner there, etc. Are there any restrictions now with COVID? Do you have to be a guest to eat or drink at the resorts? TIA.
