Chirstmas decorations

I just saw a tv special about the gingerbread houses etc. at WDW resort hotels. Do the disneyland hotels have special themes and decorations too? What about the elaborate details in "treats". I would rather go to Disneyland at Christmas but, would really enjoy the decorations of this size.
