Correct. And, if you plan to back out and don’t really want to, you might alert them that is your plan..it made a seller move faster for me when I did.

I believe I asked the day I got access and was told by Todd that it would take a few days. A few hours later, having combed through this thread, I went back to chat and got Todd again - so then I had to pretend I had another question just in case he remembered that he already told me to go away LOL. The next day though, I got someone who was able to help me. Hahaha.

So, we have our deed recorded 6/13. Any rough time table to have the points added to my account? I have added the same use year as well. Does anyone think that they will be added before the end of next month?

We used Mason Title and DVCSales. Is there someone we can call or chat with to try to find out?
