ok here it goes...this is my journal!!!:sunny:


i want to have a more fit stomach and i want to eat healthier...


does anyone know what is something moderately healthy i can eat at fast food restaurants? im eating there all the time:confused:

ok i was really bad today w/ my eating habits....but i did do my 10 minutes of crunches~


i hope i can get the hang of this!
 
breakfast: 2 pieces of bacon w/ half of a mickey mouse waffle
and ice tea

lunch: small frozen pizza w/ ice tea

12 butter cookies (very small)

dinner:plate full of pot roast w/ tea

dunkaroos and kudos bar

i gotta stop eating junk food!!!!!!!

just made a late-night twinkie venture....i gotta stop doin that..:rolleyes:
 
ok i am completely starting everything over


<font color=red>ohmom</font> is helping me , so i know i can do this!


breakfast: water, cookie crisp(oops)...


lunch: i packed salad, carrots, orange, and peanuit butter crackers:sunny:
 
got one of those california cobb salads at mcdonalds the other day....

it had chunks of gross cheese and eggs in it....

definately not getting that one again
