Here we are DH, DW, DS & DD ...
ordered:

one Disney Treat Bag (no cheese - more fruit)
and two Disney Welcome Baskets - one for each child.
One Welcome basket with a black Micket hat for my DS
and the other with a pink Mickey (Minnie) hat for my DD.

The Welcome baskets come with an autograh book,
pen. throw-way camera, photo album, cookies, preztels

cost $161.93

and two days later
flowers for my DH & my 18th wedding anniversary
cost $48.51

I hope I did not go over board.
My DS & DD will find the welcome baskets with
useful items. The Disney Treat Bag will keep
us snacking for the week.

and the flowers ... well it's 18 years of a great DH :)
besides they will look nice in the room.

It will all be delivered to the CR.

What do you think ?

Sounds like you did great to me! Everybody will love the surprises!!

Have fun!

The baskets for the kids sound great but I'm not sure about the flowers. Will you be able to take them home with you? If not I think something like a water globe would be a good gift that cost about the same and could be shipped home. Then you'd always have it to remember your anniversary at WDW.

I'm not sure if the resorts do anything special for anniversaries but we've been there for mine and Joe's birthdays. When we checked in we just told them at check in what our special day was during our trip.We stayed at AKL for Joe's ,he received a birthday card from Mickey and a phone call from Goofy wishing him a HB.On my b-day we stayed at CS,when we got back from the park I had balloons waiting for me and card from Mickey!

I'd try your resort and the water globe or something to commerate your anniverary.

You're very lucky to have 18 years of wedded bliss...congratulations!!!

Thanks for the suggestion of the
water globe. I will ask the WDW florist
if they also do that.

Or I may just go to a shop in MK
(quick visit with just my DD & DS without
DH) and buy/'shipped back' a water globe
to CR with my DH name on it.

We have AP's and on the monorail -
so I can do a quick visit sometime
before May 25th.

If someone would like the web-site

Thanks for the anniversary wishes.
Marriage is like a merry-go-round,
it has ups and downs, but if you are
having fun and your spouse is your
best friend, it works :sunny:

When I made reservations for our next trip I asked about a web site for the Disney Florist and they said they didn't have one. I wonder if the CM was wrong or if this is a new web site. :D

Do you know how much the gift baskets costs for your children?
We did it 2 years ago, but I forgot the cost.
Thanks!

I am an idiot!
I see that is I click on "Our Unique Designs" they show the baskets and prices...DUHH!
Sorry!

The gift that I got for DW last year is not on the website but I saw on the fax they sent me that they still have it, the Wine Caddy. It was $37 with sparkling cider, we don't drink. It came with a nice wrought iron and wicker basket, bottle of cider and two wine glasses etched with the mickey head logo. The cost is higher if you orderwine with it and that will depend on the type of wine you order. Cheaper than the flowers and you can keep everything afterwards unless you drink the wine/cider.

Just looked at the website and they have added the Wine Caddy. Wasn't htere the last time I looked, I swear!!!
