Dinner @ AKL

If we plan a late meal at Boma, say 8pm, what bus transportation can we take back to the Poly? This will be in December.

There isn't any direct bus transportation between resorts as far as I know. If you don't have a rental car, you would have to take a bus from AKL to DD, then switch to a bus at DD to the Poly. You could also take the AKL bus to a park and then catch your connection to the Poly there, but you might be too late to catch anything running to the parks. You might be better taking a cab. The bus switching thing can be very time consuming.

We took a cab back to the Poly after a late dinner at Beaches and Cream. It wasn't very expensive (I think about $15 with tip), and it was well worth the money to get back to our resort quickly.

I'd take the bus to the TTC and walk to the Poly - there's a relatively short walkway from the TTC to the Poly. And, after eating at Boma's - from what I hear anyway - you'll enjoy the chance to do a little walking. (When the bus drops you off at TTC, the walkway is to the left - just keep walking left and you can't miss it.)

I would agree about taking a Bus to TTC and then walking to the Poly! After a dinner like Boma's you will thankful for the short walk! LOL

..in my previous post just how much you will LOVE Boma! I had heard such varied reviews (either guests LOVED it or HATED it!!) that I was unsure if I had done the right thing by making ressies for the 1st day at WDW!! Wow, were we pleasantly surprised!! We loved this place so much(we were there on Fri night), that we returned on Tuesday!! Anyway, ask for Debbie, from Tennessee; she is a great server!

P.S. ~ don't forget to try the coconut tiramisu.....YUMMY!!!!!

I'm fairly sure that no buses go from AKL to TTC. If I'm right, you'll need to take the MK bus and then monorail.

I also highly recommend asking for Debbie as well!! She was incredible!! So funny and always laughing with us!! She definitely is one of the best CM's I have ever run into!!
