Disney Vero beach-moved from resorts board

I know this is the wrong board but I wanted to get some perspective..has anyone here rented from someone at Disney Vero? I am totally new to exploring this idea and don't want to get scammed. Looking for feedback on the resort and experiences with renting from owners before I plunge into posting in the DVC rental board.
