Won't mention any that have already been mentioned.
But I've just stumbled across a channel called The Frugal Brit on YouTube which has some decent videos, and is a British blog.
Also, for Universal vlogs, RixFlix has some great video, although the actual host grates a bit.
Haven't seen anybody mention The WDW Couple, who have some decent material, and TouringPlans has some great content related to crowds and best way to tour the parks.
