Once we arrived at the Boardwalk Resort i got out of the limo and finally met Juliana. She was my planner and she actually attended the ceremony as well. This seems to be pretty uncommon, but for some reason she was our coordinator for the day, instead of another coordinator. We spoke shortly and all of the sudden Randy comes up to me snapping away. He had been snapping for the past 5 mins and I didn't even realize he was there! lol i appreciated this because he was aboe to get some truly candid shots because I didnt even relaize he was around.
I was chewing gum at the moment and Randy told me to watch the gum to make sure it wasnt in the shots, so I decided to keep it simple and just spit it out. i am searching for a trash can to spit it out in and next thing i know Juliana's hand is in my face for me to spit it in. i was like "I cant do that!" and she said not to worry she was there for me and that was part of her job.....so i did it!
We went into the lobby next and Juliana handed out the flowers. My bouquet was AMAZING! I began crying as soon as i saw it. Rosie took my directions and made it even better than i could have imagined. Disney Floral did a wonderful job!
We then went out on the veranda to take pictures with Randy and he just snapped non-stop, he would tell me to move a certain way and SNAP, look at me SNAP, he was always shooting something, planned or unplanned. The thing I like about him is I would move and he would say Ohhh do that again...that will be a great shot. It was like he was watching me for my mannerisms and personality so that he could get a true shot of me. He made me super comfortable. The pics in this thread are NOT his though, they are from families cameras. Here is the link to our Randy Photo's:

The best parents ever:
Okay so about these toasts:
My sister went first. Adorable toast. The line that sticks out the most was "Doug thank you for making my little sister's dreams come true everyday, you are already off to a good start, because we are living the biggest dream she has ever had......your wedding at Disney World" It was a beautiful toast and I balled like a baby, so did my sister, and Doug, and pretty much everyone......except.......the in-laws.
Now, for those of you that dont know, my in-laws and I do not get along too well. A lot of drama has went down during our entire engagement. Obviously, because of this, we are not as close to them as we are my family, but we still have them as a part of our lives. We have nevcer excluded them or anything, just kept a comfortable distance. On with the story......
After my sister's toast, Doug's Grandma says, " Can i make a toast?" My gut is saying no.....but of course, i say "Sure!"
She starts off....... Doug's G-pa and I have been married 60 years and we have worked hard to build a strong marriage.....(bull-s they fight like the Barone's on Everybody Loves Raymond)......blah blah blah.....and then she starts the lecture........"You guys need to stay close to BOTH families...(she stresses "both") .....you have four people here that love you and would do anything for you....." At this point I tune her out, I am furious, how dare she use that time to lecture us on our family values?
At this point I think Doug has drawn blood he has his fingers dug so tightly into my side.....lol
We were both quite unhappy, and Doug is still fuming about this today.
Next thing.....Doug's other G-ma was not able to make the trip because of health reasons.....completely understandable. Randy is right in the middle of taking picture of Doug and I and here comes his G-ma (the toaster) walks right in front of Randy and hands Doug a cell phone......"your grandma wants to talk to you" Doug says, "Tell her I will call her back as soon as we are done with these pictures"
His G-ma had the audacity to yell, "NO! When your 84 year old Grandma calls, you dont tell her to wait! Or you may never have the chance to talk to her again!"
I wanted to body slam this woman at this point......
Then my mom says, "you tell her to wait when they are paying someone for their time, and a limo is waiting....."
Doug talks to her for about 3 seconds and as soon as his G-ma hears we JUST got married she rushes him off the phone and apologizes.....better yet....his grandma didnt even call.....they called her.....knowing we were busy
Uggghhh
After this Doug and I leave and go to the Poly to take pictures by ourselves, while everyone else headed to SOG for our dinner reservations.
Once Doug and I arrive at Mangino's everyone is there, but his entire family is sitting at the complete opposite end of the table from us.....i later found out this was by choice. They were pissed at us and my family for some unknown reason.....but at this point i didn't care.....we had just gotten married and we were going to enjoy it no matter what...
So we popped open a couple bottles of wine and had an amazing meal.
I have no idea how this happened, but i have no pictures from that meal.....I am so bummed
So here was our menu:
Appetizers:
Bruschetta
Pomodoro caprese
Salad:
Field greens with Orange Vinagerette
Pasta:
Gnocchi alla vodka (seriously this is one of the most amazing things i have ever ate in my life)
Fettucine alfredo
Main Course:
Salmon Capponata
Chicken Marsala
Dessert:
Wedding Cake
Tiramisu
The day turned out wonderful, everywhere we went we got congratulated and gawked at. Walking down the Boardwalk after the ceremony, people banged on their glasses to get us to kiss, as well in the restaurant.
After dinner we were exhausted and we went back to the hotel. We had to get up at 3:30 a.m. for our MK shoot.
Funny story:
As we were walking to our room at POFQ (we are obviously in our wedding clothes still) we walked by a lot of people who yelled out "congratulations" but there was one couple wo congratulated us and as we walked by I heard him lean in to her and say......"They are off to have some fun"
Ewww.... Who says that? lol
Up next: The MK shoot that almost wasn't......look at me.....look at each other....kiss......
