With many of our members switching cutting systems and those using SCAL/MTC, we thought we would start a thread to post and share files.

I know Reddy and many other members create files and share them with others instead of going through numerous threads, the hope is to index them here and you can find the specific post in this sticky.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT FOR SALE ITEMS. The DISboards does NOT allow selling of personal items for profit and those threads/posts will be deleted!

all the other files I have for Bugs life are Mardenz files since they aren't mine I don't feel right sharing them - given time I may redo since I hate all of the really small pieces & extra nodes if so then I'll post that

I'm going thur my files & making the files with one all put together then the other all spaced out for cutting - I started in Character section with other movies when I finish that folder I'll move on to another (too many files)

This is all of the Disney files I have (some are not mine - if they tell me to delete then I will - I'll have to do it from my end so if let me know if someone claims one - I can pick out ones when I see them )

What a great idea. And thanks so much for doing this and a great big thank you to Reddy for sharing her files. I have one question though - what do you have to do to use these files on a Silhouette Portrait?

to use Reddy's file on a Silhouette, you need additional software.

There are several options:

1. Upgrade to the Silhouette Studio Designer Edition (the upgrade will allow you to directly open svg files)

2. Obtain the free software Inkscape. In inkscape you can open the svg file, and then do a file/save as and change the file extension to .dxf. Then use Silhouette Studio (the free software) to open and use .dxf file.

3. If you previously purchased SCAL2, you can upgrade to SCAL3 for free. SCAL3 can open and cut .svg files to the Silhouette.
