Forgot to mention DVC for discount

We just left a 5 night stay at Kidani and I completely forgot to mention DVC membership during our first 3 days of shopping and dining.
We were in a hurry to get back on the road this morning so I did not bring it up at check out.
Has anyone had luck calling billing after the fact and getting an adjustment? I’ve already gone through our itemized folio so I know exactly which charges were missed and for what %. Thanks!

To even have a chance, you would need itemized receipts, not just your room folio. Even then, I think there's pretty much no shot.

Update: they were fantastic and had access to all the itemizations. 150 minute wait, but once I got through, a 15 minute phone call got me $80 credited back to my card. She was patient, went line item by line item with me. Very pleased.
