Free Family Suites Near Disney

I found a highly unusual offer for free family suites near Disney. This is the link:

but could be misleading if not read carefully. The notice clearly states that a Sunday night stay is free. For all other nights, a room charge is in effect.

You may have to book Fri and Sat to get the free Sunday. Read the fine print carefully or call the hotel and confirm criteria for booking this special.

It certainly appears to be legit with no strings attached. I went through the reservation process for this Sunday and the suite was confirmed for $0. Now...that's cheap!

It is now going for $1. I checked extra nights and those are priced at $64.95.

just booked the suite for one night in december since we needed to complete an extra night on our 7 day trip.....it did come up 1$ tax to be added in......wonder if it is tax on the total amount of the room .....or ......just tax on the 1$

Most likely it is the Hotel and Entertainment tax which runs about $17. in LBV and about $14. in Kissimee.
