I think that opinions may vary here.
Too expensive, but personally I’m glad that they didn’t compromise the vision on what they had. When the closing was announced my son said the same thing, so we tried to estimate how much it cost to run the hotel vs the number of rooms that were available. Our results suggested that it was priced as it was for a reason.
The box truck transport was one of our favorite parts. We loved the cheesy music and how it was intentionally bouncy.
The rooms were small, but for 2 days they were manageable. And this is coming from a family of 4-6 that barely “fits” in a 2BD.

And as far as the marketing goes, what else would you have wanted to see? More influencers? (Shudders) More TV advertisements? Some kind of
Disney+ tie in?
It was an extremely expensive niche product but it was an amazing experience for those who got to try it out. Most people who did it loved it.
