Totally! Next year is our 10th We are going to do *something* but I doubt it would be WDW (as much as I would love that). DH views Disney stuff as family fun, not so much adult fun. I keep trying to change his opinion Really, I am just thankful that he's willing to indulge my Disney obsession and actually enjoys his time in the parks. So a WDW trip (the first for him and the 3rd for me although I don't really remember my first 2 trips) would include kiddos, at the very least DD7.
And oh! I totally missed this on the Disney blog:
SO yeah!!! Not as good as a trip to Epcot, but it will have to do. I totally want to get my hands on one of those.
Ten years is big. What about a romantic weekend in San Francisco? I would even do that.
I didn't give Scotty a choice. I know that is mean but I just sprung it on him yesterday. He is all in for it, he is probably thrilled that I am not planning a Disneyland trip.
I bet that they are going to sell them on the disneystore.com too. I love that there are things available online now.
Last night we sat around planning a family vacation this summer. We aren't going to go to Disneyland this year, so it was a case of where are we going. The girls and I voted no camping. I suggested Great America thinking that maybe the kids would want to do that. That was vetoed, they think there isn't enough to get more out of it than one day. So it was back to the drawing board, so I suggested Santa Cruz. It is still kind of hanging there. Kacy suggested Lake Tahoe, and there is a lot to do in the Lake Tahoe area so that is in the lead. Stay tuned for more!!
