I am leaving for Hilton Head in a few days, how is the surf fishing in the area or party boat fishing if anyone knows? Thanks

You often see people surf fishing at HH. Keep in mind that the shoreline is very flat for a long way out, so what you catch is probably pretty small (I'm not a fisherman though, YMMV!). It's tons of fun to go crabbing. Buy the net at Wal-Mart, get some bait, and go to it. Kids (and this adult) really enjoy it! You can eat the blue crab or throw them back, although there is a size restriction, and female with eggsac restriction. HTH

Was it at the beach or off of the Disney Dock on the marshes?
