Can I do this???

My dd and I check in to CBR on Tu 5/6. On Saturday, a friend is coming down to join us for a few days. How can I request that her room is in the same building as ours? I've done this in the past, but it's always been an AP rate, so the ressies were under my name. Plus, we all checked in together. (Of course, maybe tomorrow, both ressies will be AP again!)

Has anyone managed to do this???

When you check in just mention that your friend is coming to stay and you'd like for them to be in the same building - they'll ask for their name and if they have a room available near you I'm sure they'll oblige. That's what I've done at other hotels when friends come and stay.

We have done this at CBR. Just mention at check in that you have friends coming. They pulled up their reservation and added a comment.
