How long for transfer of ownership?

We just bought our first resale contract at BWV. Everything happened quickly and only took 28 days total! Will it take Disney the full 30 days to send us the 2 emails to set up a new account?

When we bought this past Spring, it was about 2 weeks from closing before points were in my account. We were existing members so that might've sped things along. Definitely check the closing time thread for current timelines.
