I got my member guidebook today...

I closed on my re-sale at the Boardwalk a couple of weeks ago, and without even asking about it yet, I got a member guidebook in the mail today. The bummer is ( I know, it's very trivial) it's got a torn and dirty cover. Oh well, at least I have a book! Now I just need a membership card.
