Is a noon return flight too early on day getting off boat?

Will be getting off Independence of the Seas in Miami. Flying back from Ft Lauderdale airport.

Might depend on the day. If it's the weekend and you self-disembark, I think you'll be fine. I'm not sure about any other days.

Agree with @starvenger with weekend and self-disembark. Weekday, I likely wouldn't chance it with morning rush hour.

Get off the ship ASAP with all your luggage and get the Uber/Lyft before everyone else orders one. We have done it several times from Port Everglades for a 11am flight, and had over 2 hours of time to relax in the Sky Club. It's a 35-40 minute ride from Miami port to FLL, you should be fine.

Our last cruise out of Miami, we made a 9:30 am flight out of MIA. The day of the week will matter for the traffic but if you are departing at noon you should be fine. Just plan on self-disembark, unless you are sailing star class.
