I need to get back in the exercise routine so I will post my workout schedule so that I will succeed. My plan is to exercise everyday until my anniversary on June 27th. If I skip a day, I must make it up the next day and do two workouts.

June 1 - Gym Day
40 minutes - elliptical trainer 3.6 miles
14 minutes - bicycle 5.0 miles

June 2
25 minutes - Pilates
4 hours - walk around Disneyland/DCA

June 3

June 4 - Gym Day makeup
25 minutes - Pilates
35 minutes - elliptical 3.13 miles
20 minutes - bicycle 7.20 miles
10 minutes - treadmill .59 miles

June 5 - Gym Day
31 minutes - treadmill 2.00 miles
20 minutes - bicycle 7.20 miles

June 6
25 minutes - Pilates

June 7 - Gym Day
35 minutes - elliptical 3.18 miles (an all-time best)
20 minutes - bicycle 7.19 miles

June 8
25 minutes - Pilates

June 9 - Gym Day
35 minutes - elliptical 3.12 miles
20 minutes - bicycle 7.19 miles

This workout thread is keeping me motivated. There were 2 days that I really did not want to go to the gym, but did it because I didn't want a big blank for the day. (plus I didn't want to do 2 workouts)

Feel free to give me a kick if I miss a day.
 
No kicks from me, just some appreciation! You are really motivating me to stick things out until I reach my goal (and then continue maintaining from there!) I am really proud that you are able to face down the negative comment ladies too. I don't know why some people want to rain on the parade. I am more than happy for you and the success you have had, if I can look half as good as you do when I reach goal, I will be super happy! :) Keep up the great work! You help me stay motivated to fit my exercise in!!!
 
Time to get remotivated. Spent a long weekend in Chicago where I walked 3 - 7 miles per day. I have not been to the gym in a week !!! New goal is to exercise each day until my DH's 20th High School reunion on July 27.

3 hours - stand in line in the hot sun (okay not really exercise, but I did perspire a lot ;) )

25 minutes - Pilates

July 26
35 minutes - elliptical 3.20 miles
20 minutes - bicycle 7.19 miles

July 27
60 minutes - walk around Harbor & Beach 2.7 miles
25 minutes - Pilates
 
New goal - new post. I want to take surf lessons, which means I need to get into the water. I Will swim at least 2 days per week and try an exercise class once a week. I also bought a new workout video - Hula for Weight Loss.
