When I first heard the Lilo and Stitch CD I was fascinated by the two Hawaiian cuts, "Roller Coaster" and "Chant". The singer was so eerily familiar, I thought it might have been old cuts of Iz remixed (the guy with the amazing voice, fame of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow", died a few years ago.)
The artist is Mark Keali'i Ho'omalu, a chant and Hula Master. Here are some links about him. I was wondering if he was the model for Lilo's teacher. Doesn't look like it from the photos, plus he seems to be San Diego based.
I wish I could see the postcards at the end. Got the one of the Thanksgiving dinner a la Norman Rockwell, and I loved that one was the Merry Monarch Festival!
