Lucky Cat!?

Where can I get a lucky cat?? What is it and what does it look like? I could use a little luck!!

You can find them at the Mitsukoshi store in the Japan Pavilion at Epcot.
If you do not have access to Epcot try a local Asian market or boutique in your hometown. There are several colors and each one brings luck for something different so choose wisely.

This is too funny. The power of the lucky cat.

My wife and I bought one medium sized lucky cat in the Japan Pavilion 10 years ago. Right after that we placed it in a place of prominence... on the fireplace mantle in our living room so we could see everyday. Our life was going really well and jobs were stable...etc... Then we did some changes to the house and moved our poor lucky cat to a shelf in a spare bedroom.
This we found out was not a good idea. I was laid off and the ensuing money issues followed ....DOH. About 2 years after I was laid off and bouncing from job to job my wife and I were cleaning out the spare room and looked up on the shelf and say the lucky cat. He had been up in that room scooping wishes for nobody!!!

SO that day we moved him back to the mantle and he started his job again of scooping wishes for us on a daily basis.

He has been there for the past 3 years and our lives have been much better! I found a job that pays more, the family is happier and the financial matters are in order!

I will have to move mine. I have had nothing but bad luck since getting mine in September. First my brand new LCD Tv broken, then a I had a bill for £500 ($1000) I wasnt expecting and then I washed my cell phone in my pocket which I had only had 2 weeks!! I have a white one, cant remember what kind of luck it brings, obviously not financial .
