I was just wondering if I can use a special needs disability harness when travelling on the bus like the one in the link https://www.crelling.com/model-27.html#ad-image-0

The bus seats are two seats on each side of the aisle. Each seat has a reclining back, so they are pretty similar to airplane seats. The one issue I can see is that each seat has a combination shoulder harness/ seat belt.
It looks like that device uses a seat belt, so the combination might not work.
How are you planning to get onto the bus? It has a set of fairly steep steps. They also have Magical Express buses with lifts and places to tie a wheelchair down so the guest can ride in their wheelchair if they can’t or don’t want transfer.
Sometimes, on our last trip to Florida (from LAX by the way), we had a total of about 10 minutes of flight time that we could stand up and only about 45 minutes that we could use the restroom without getting yelled at (the only other time they let people stand up) due to turbulence. You can walk inside the plane, though.
