I think the levels are screwy. 7th & 8th should be together (8th & 9th are in different schools were I am, aren't they where you live too?), as with all of high school, the levels just don't make sense to me. I get making Daisys 2 years and don't complain about brownies and juniors but the rest of it just seems silly.

IP's Interest Project Patch's. They are the badges for Cadettes and Seniors.
The girls hated them, they took forever to earn and were too much like homework.


Yep 8th and 9th are separate here as well. I think the reason why they separated out the Seniors is that most girls either earned their Gold award early on or not at all and then lost interest.

The age levels could be screwed up by our Membership specialist, she's been wrong before.

On the last WPC cruise Twice Charmed was at 6:30, 8:30 and 10:15 pm.

hmmm 10:15pm, we could get a souffle togo and dining and watch and then be ready to shoot around the ship

I've been a registered adult since 1982 and we have had way to many program changes. It's GSUSA's knee jerk reaction to falling membership. When they came out with the Studio 2B charms, I thought I could actually feel Juliette Lowe turn over in her grave.

Gullibility is a good thing sometimes. Not always though. And it takes us a whole lifetime to learn the difference. If only I had listened to my Mom.

We were thinking of doing this with a magnet on the door so that the other people we are going with, in a different room, would know where we were. Then someone brought it to my attention that people would know you weren't in your room. Does anyone think that would be an issue?

I don't think we would worry about it. Your room stewards are around all the time and they know who is supposed to be in the rooms in their area.

Just popping in to say "hi". Busy week as usual and DD is sick with an ear infection and a cold which is normally not a big deal but she has weak lungs so she is doing breathing treatments to help with the wheazing. Now I think I might be catching a cold. Hope everyone is well. to all that need it and I'm so looking forward to this cruise

I was a registered adult for almost 5 years. My daughters roped me into it, and it was a blast being a leader and co-leader, with 4 other women, including Angie. 28 girls in the troop. The last year I was a leader, we took first place in skills at Junior Jam. Out of almost 30 troops. We could have waxed most of the Boy Scout troops in the area. I was a Cub Scout when my Avatar picture was taken. Too bad the membership is dropping. It was so worthwhile. Good memories. Troop 1439, Anaheim.
