Didn't get my usual 8 hrs sleep last night so today I am resting the body, walk/run yesterday 3.1 miles, today weather terrible and virus seems to want to attack stomach, working out with weights tomorrow and try to build up my leg muscles for 5k on April 1st will get a scale next week so I can keep track of my weight, should help motivate me a little bit more!
