Official "Who's going to WDW & when in '06" thread

Hey everybody! We're headed out to WDW on the 1st December for 9 days then hopping across to Vegas for another 5, very excited! We're going with our best friends this time so it should be a real giggle.

Jane and I had a blessing (done by Gifts of a Lifetime who arranged Deb Wills to perform the ceremony!) on the 2nd December 2001 at the wishing well in the Magic Kingdom so this will be our 5 year anniversary, I can't believe how quickly those 5 years have gone!

Not sure where we're staying yet in WDW, getting 4 lesbians to agree on a resort is a nightmare but it will probably either be Coronado or Carribean Beach.

Sorry, waffled a bit, I'm obsessed with planning this trip.

My BF and I will be in the Orlando area 9/25 - 10/7 (celebrating my birthday!!). We'll be staying at the Contemporary Resort 9/27 - 10/4. The rest of our trip will be spent at Busch Gardens and Universal.

Yes, indeed. I know a few months back David of the UK and I agreed to try and meet and I'm sure hoping the others are up for it too! Given that I finally got my act together and made my ADRs, I'll probably throw out a date soon. Gosh, you gotta plan earlier and earlier!

I got to go for a Birthday trip last October (10/7-10/18) It was great! The weather was beautiful. I am planning on going for Gay Days as a completely solo trip 5/30-6/4 and also have a trip planned with a family of friends over Veterans Day weekend in November.

I decided not to include my Gay Days trip in my signature, because I never made it to the parks. Can you imagine being that close and not going? It nearly drove me insane! I did make it to Typhoon Lagoon and Islands of Adventure, though. That was back in '02.

I'm attending a conference in Orlando in May, and today I decide to go down a couple of days early, 5/12 to 5/14. Just a tiny trip and it will be solo (Hisselfness has not made up his mind about a weekend in WDW). I'll be staying at the Pop Century, a first. I decided not to use any DVC points on such a tiny trip.

i'll be heading to the world on the 22nd of august for two weeks!
it's my 6th time and my DB 1st - and 1st to america!! how cool is that also it's his birthday on the 26th of August so i'd better get planning!!!

Hmmmm. We've been together for long enough, i'm taking him on holiday and am yet to be convinced that I will love it as much as he does and still he goes and forgets my birthday! It's the 27th August Dave! Talk about high maintainance!
