"Paying" using DDP

We will be a large group traveling in December. (12 adults, 2 infants) Most of us will be on the DDP, some may not. We will be staying in multiple rooms. We have ADRs every night for a fun thing we can all do together. My question is, when it comes to paying for dinner, how will it work? Can they "split" the bill and charge the TS credits to multiple families in a sense? Do we tell them we need separate checks up front? I am sure this has been addressed before but I could not find it! Thanks for your help!

Yes, tell them you need separate checks up front. Each "room" should have its own check.

Be aware that those not on the DDP will be charged an automatic 18% tip on their bill when dining with those on the DDP.
