PS resv. & payments

I can't seem to find this info anywhere: when you make a PS resv. for something like the Hoop-de-Doo or Mickey's Backyard BBQ, when do you pay??...at time of resv. - in full or part?...or when you get there? I know at the regular restaurants you are basically just making a resv. and pay for your dinner after you eat. But how 'bout these special dinner shows that are one price?

I believe that you pay for dinner shows at the time of booking. At least that was the case for us booking Aloha and Hoop De Doo.

The dinner shows are paid for at the time of the reservation. Any other PS are paid for at the time of the dinner.
