I was hoping on watching the Rams & Bears game on Sunday. I assume I'm going to want to go to that Irish Pub they have? Does anyone know the best place to watch a football game? I'm assuming I may have to request this game since they probably don't have enough satellite feeds to air every game? Does anyone know?

The Weather Channel just now said that as far as they can tell, conditions were favorable that there would be NO storms in the Atlantic in the next 1-2 weeks Good news!

This is awesome. I get sick on Space Mountain so I figured I was in trouble. I've got a patch that I'm going to wear the whole trip. Does anyone seem to have to wear a patch AND take Bonine or Dramamine? I didn't want to take it if I didn't have to since it makes me sleepy. I don't wanna be passed out all the time... Unless it's my own doing!

OK, I admit it, I'm sooo jealous. Wish I were getting ready to leave, but we have a little while to wait. The only good thing is you will be home, and we'll be heading out.

Aww thanks Joanie! I wish you and Sam were still joining us but I am excited to be the guinea pig and bring back info for you and get you all excited for your trip not long after we get back!

We will be waving to you from the top deck rail on the webcam- wearing navy blue shirts!

Well we are driving down Thursday night and planning on staying near the port Friday night. I forgot how the tipping works. Can someone please run through that again. Do we pay that at the end and it's already set how much it will be based on the cruise length?

They now charge the recommended amount to your onboard account right away. If you have a credit card on file it will go on that card, if you are on a cash account it will begin your tally (they will let you go to $400 or $500 on a cash account before you need to go down to guest services to settle up. The good news is those amounts are easily changed at guest services. You can always add more money to that amount too (or deduct- which hopefully you won't have to do!)

The place to watch the games is- I think O'Gills. I'm not sure how many games they get, I would definitely ask and/or request the Rams/Bears onboard- I'm pretty sure it is limited to which games they get (games televised on ABC and ESPN are more likely due to the Disney connection I think). I know on my cruises on the Magic they also played MNF on the "Dumbotron" out by the pool- that was fun!

Oh no, we sure don't. I hope you aren't too negatively affected. I'm glad you posted that question because I had forgotten to pack the bonine and that just reminded me!

Alan and I landed safely in Florida and we just received some Pixie dust. We were gathering our suitcases from the Limo driver at the WDW Beach Club, when a gentleman came up to us to assist us with the luggage. As they asked us our name, a different cast member came up to us and said " We have been expecting you Mrs. Okuno" the cast member pulled out his cell phone and said to the other person on the line " The Okuno's have arrived, I will be bringing them to the fifth floor" As I walked past the Bell Hop, a gentleman that had been standing off to the side in a suit said to us " Enjoy your stay Mrs. Okuno " So now I am thinking, what's going on? We are now escorted to the fifth floor and they greet us in the same manner and the gentleman who first approached us said "welcome home" and you know, I just about lost it right there. Even being slightly teary eyed at this point I know where we are for we have stayed on the fifth floor several times when i have booked vacations here before. They upgraded us to the concierge desk /club level. We are so humbled and grateful for that bit of Pixie Dust. What a way to start a vacation Hoping all of you have many Pixie dust moment in life as well

I just love the Beach Club Resort. The grounds are beautiful , the swimming pool is awesome but the staff at this resort is really what keeps me coming back. Top notch customer service....Truly the best I have ever experienced in my lifetime. When I come here, it really is like coming home.........

I am looking forward to meeting you on the cruise as well.

Oh no!! That is really unfortunate! Maybe you should try to get everyone to sing It's a Small World. They may fix it faster for you.
