@ILoveMyDVC , did you talk to your waiter about the steak and asparagus? There is no excuse for an oversalted steak and woody asparagus, especially when you are paying premium prices. Every restaurant serves the occasional bad meal, but it's how they recover from it when it is brought to their attention that matters. I love filet mignon but not when it's oversalted (like you I love salt, my husband calls me "The Salt Monster from Star Trek", lol) or overcooked. If I'm paying $70 for a 10-ounce steak, it better be perfect.
