Don't know if it was because there were some pretty chilly days and no one was venturing out or if it was just a quiet time.
There are another 3 or 4 blocks that are springing up and will probably be ready in the next 3 or 4 months - it really is goingto be huge when its finished.
Just as an aside - the studio next to us changed occupants 5 times in the 8 nights we were there. I wonder if it is being used by florida residents for accomodation during business trips or if there is just a lot of jumping around.
