Tell me about February

Dh and I are headed to OKW in February for a long weekend. Tell what to expect. We've never been at that time of the year. We usually go in April/May or October.
Weather? Park attendance?
Suggestions on what to do. We plan to only go to parks one day. Dh will play golf on two days and I'll do ........ ??
We've been to WDW enough to be familiar with activites, but would like to know your favorite non-park things to do.

At Thanksgiving dinner today, all the guests share what they are thankful for. I couldn't say "my DVC" 'cause no one would have understood.

Weather is nice for golf ,kind of hit or miss for sitting by the pool. Just as long as you are not going president's week or the weekend of the Daytona 500 the parks are not very crowded.
