For inquiring minds, we had ordered an artist sketch and frame that I had requested be mailed home. For some reason, after the artist was finished with the sketch, the box was in a location where it didn't get mailed out. I called after we had been home almost a month and asked for a tracking number, but they didn't have a record of my payment in the system. Karen to the rescue! While I was searching my house for a receipt, Karen found the wayward box. Karen was wonderful the whole time - very patient and understanding in a situation that wasn't her fault.
I love Disney's philosophy of "don't make it right, make it better." Not only did Karen get the box on its way, she refunded my shipping costs and threw in a couple of extra surprises.
