Oh my goodness you guys we are having an insane commando park day! Been here at the Studios since 8:30. 12 hours!!!!!!!

Totally annoyed at the whole wine/beer cart thing. AKL CL was stingy with mimosas last summer. We also like to take a couple beers in cups down to the pool so that's also annoying about the plastic cups.

The welcome drink sounds delish - is that only at check-in or will they serve it if you ask at other times. My kids will love the punch too but that's only until 4pm?

CL offerings have totally been cut down over the years.

They specifically told us it was a welcome drink about 5 times. LOL

Shakira is working the lounge this weekend and she told us to pour beer in the styrofoam cups and take them to the pool, so we did and actually it helped the beer stay cold longer. But we also went over to the Hess station in front of BWI the day we checked in and got a few other beers as well and took those to the pool in a soft sided cooler. There's an ice machine just across the hall from the lounge. Much cheaper than buying them at hurricane Hannah's, and easier than going back up to the lounge.

Officially our next scheduled trip is January. But I'm sure we'll be back this fall at some point. The kids have fall break in October. I want to come back down maybe the first week of August to see the new Diagon Alley at Universal also. Nic gets out of summer school July 28th and we've got almost a whole week free before he goes to marching band camp. I'm also thinking I might do a solo trip in December to come see MVMCP. I haven't been to it in years because the kids are never done with school in time.

This trip has been crazy packed with all kinds of special events, I am very excited for Harambe Nights tonight!!!!!!!!!

I don't even know where to start when telling you guys about our day yesterday! It was a crazy commando park day that lasted about 16 hours!

We had the Feel the Force package, plus FPs for Stars of the Saga. Here are some picture highlights:

Dinner was at 50's Prime Time.... nothing beats their fried chicken!

Stars of the Saga:

Stormtropper pre-show was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And they stayed at Yacht/Beach!!!!

We tried to get into the Mark Hamill show but it was full... so we watched from outside. He was fantastic!!!!!!!!!

We topped off the night with the dessert party and fireworks. All I can say is WOW!!!! If there was a doubt this package was worth the money it quickly ended after we experienced this send off!

My oldest son LOVED the DJ, he was dancing and bopping all over the place!

The desserts were all amazing! And the drinks (my favorite was "The Force") were also fantastic!!!

Then came a special stage show:

From our prospective from the dessert party area the fireworks were a bit harder to see, sort of off to the side, but still awesome!

Can't believe today is our last day!!! And it's officially Connor's birthday!
